2 minute crypto transaction has now taken almost 4 days

I write this complaint because I'm a recovering addict and signed in to Empire, I made my first deposit but before I got to gamble I came to my senses and wanted my deposits withdrawn before I got to lose it.

The casino instantly wanted to get a KYC check, and I knew that this was a trick to keep the funds in my account so I might relapse and lose them, so I asked to get excluded so I didn't gamble.

I then asked them to send the remaining funds and they agreed to do so but said it would take up to 2 days, 1 day later I got a message saying my wallet address was invalid, strangely because that's the wallet address I deposited from.

I gave them a different address and it's been 2.5 days now and they aren't responding when I asked for an update. And I find it very strange when a transaction in TRX takes 2 minutes...

Hello Askgamblers team,

User d4n13n requested a self-exclusion on January 2nd at 05:33 AM GMT. The account was promptly closed as per our Responsible Gaming procedure. The user informed they had balance remaining on account, and they were asked to provide a valid wallet address for a return of remaining balance which was provided on January 3rd.

Due to the Holiday period, the fund return request took longer than expected, however we can confirm that as of today, the funds (1 317.44 TRX) have been returned to the end-user and their account is permanently closed as per their request.

Empire io took all my balance

That night I made a deposit 1bnb, and received a bonus (same amount). I played slots only and the result was 2.75 bnb. When I tried to withdraw after maybe one hour, I received this message:
