Waiting for my 395 EUR

Withdrawal 500€ on 30.11.2022. Got no response from casino so asked after a couple of days. They said I had to verify account and I did, and now they said it can take up to 7 workdays but usually faster for them to process the withdraw. Now I'm on workday 8. Got a promise on chat last Thursday that they will process it on Friday, but nothing. Now they don't answer me in chat or on email. I can get a hold on them on chat by changing my IP and using a made up name and email. They say that there is problems with payment systems, but will be in contact about it. But haven't heard anything from them.

I never got any money I withdraw on the 05/09/2022 my last email was on the 19/09/2022 I don’t have access to the chat or no more email I win with other companies once in a while and I always get paid. I just don’t understand I really need help with that and I really need my money. Apparently my money was rolled back from my bank. My bank manager said they never have any trace of that so I’m thinking maybe I got ripped off.

I open account with Elite24bet couple of months ago. I deposit money in few times and try my first withdrawal (899,76 € + 1000 € ) 15.5.2022 and same day they asked for my documents. I gave all documents that they asked and 20.5.2022 I got an email my account is verified but they need re-check something it takes time. Here are not any reason to do any re-check it feels only their playing time. I asked again 26.5 how long time it takes and when I will get my moneys and 27.5 answer they checking still. I asked few more times and contacted supports 1-3 times per week. Finally 11 days ago I got an email that said my withdrawal is confirmed and it will take 3 bank days to get my moneys. Now I'm waiting two weeks more and in my Elite24Bet account my withdrawals are so status "SUCCESS" but those moneys never comes into my bank. I contact support again and no answer. I hope Askgamblers team can help me with that case.
