Complaint: Unresolved Withdrawal of $253,290 from Duelbits.com

On June 14-15, 2024, I deposited the following amounts into my Duelbits.com account:

14/06/2024, 23:55: +34,779.42 ETH
15/06/2024, 00:33: +34,833.38 ETH
15/06/2024, 01:43: +34,933.72 ETH

On June 15, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of $253,290 in ETH:

15/06/2024, 02:28: -253,290.00 ETH (Status: Processing...)

Despite submitting all requested documents promptly, my withdrawal remains unprocessed and stuck in “Processing” status. Over the past weeks, I have provided more than 30 documents, including certified company records and personal identification. These include:

Certified Incorporation Document
Certified Articles of Association
Certified Share Register (two versions)
Register of Directors
Various forms of ID (Norway Passport, Norway ID Card, USA Driver's License)
Utility Bill
Detailed breakdowns of crypto wallet transactions

Since my last comprehensive email to Duelbits.com on June 26, 2024, I have received no response. Additionally, I attempt to contact them via live chat daily, only to receive generic responses or be told to wait.

Despite my complete cooperation and submission of all requested information, there has been no clear timeline or substantive progress on processing my withdrawal. The prolonged lack of timely and transparent communication is causing significant stress and concern.

I seek AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this issue with Duelbits.com promptly.

Duelbits Casino Cannot withdraw 11203 USD from Duelbits

Hi,

I’m currently unable to withdraw $11,203 from Duelbits.com.

I was new to Duelbits and started out by playing some Blackjack on March 17, 2025. I had a lucky streak and had some consecutive wins over the course of 20 minutes. After that, I decided to take a break and make the withdrawal.

That’s when the trouble started: Every withdrawal has been stuck in “processing” since then.

Hours after I initiated these withdrawals, I noticed that I needed to complete KYC2 to continue playing their games. I submitted all the required documents and done the liveness check. However, I didn’t automatically pass KYC2 — support told me to ignore the error message and assured me they’d do a manual review.

Since then, It’s been days now with no resolution from live support or email. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and every time it’s the same response saying that my KYC and withdrawals are still under review.

I'd like to ask their representative here to handle with this situation as soon as they can. Thanks

Can't pass verification for 5 days already

It all started with the fact that I made a deposit, then I had several winning and losing bets in the end the balance was 934 dollars I wanted to withdraw part of the money but they suddenly wanted to check my documents I tried to pass verification through sumsub but it gave an error although I did everything according to the rules I was told to contact support by mail from them I heard to expect within 24 hours in the end it's been 5 days and I'm sick of it, can you somehow hurry them up because I do not have the patience for their support

Scammed out of 15000 in deposits and 3000 in winnings

I made an account and started playing on Duelbits on 7/23/2024. Since then, I have made a total of $17,000 in deposits and $2,000 in withdrawals. On 7/31/2024, I suddenly could not play any games, and I got the error message "account is suspended" any time I tried to place any bets. I then contacted live support and was told I had to complete KYC, to which I promptly completed. The next day, on 8/1/2024, I was informed my account has been permanently closed, and my balance of $18,000 has been completely zeroed.

This is completely unacceptable as not only did Duelbits close my account for no reason but also refuse to give me back $15,000 of my own money. At this point I don't even care about my winnings. I just want my $15,000 in deposits back and go back to before I started playing on Duelbits. I wish I had never played on this site.

They won't tell me why tehy closed my account

I need your help with something that's really bothering me. I was playing on Duelbits Casino for the first time on March 30, 2024. I made some bets and actually won quite a bit of money. But then, out of nowhere, they took away my winnings without even telling me why.

I tried talking to Duelbits about it, but they haven't given me a good explanation. I don't understand what I did wrong, and it doesn't seem fair that they're keeping my money like this.

Can you help me figure this out? I'd really appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Delayed withdrawal with no explanation

I started an account on Duelbits two months ago and deposited 200 US Dollars. I was fortunate on sports betting and made some wins. December 5 I made a withdrawal for 1100 USD.

I was asked to verify my account which I did several weeks ago. Now, one and a half month later, I am STILL WAITING for my withdrawal.

I've asked live support several times for an update. Several persons have said for weeks that they will escalate the situation and let me know. I never hear anything and return to live support, only to read the same answer yet again: That they will escalate.

No serious company spend weeks to verify a valuable customer, and have no clue to what the verification delays, and even promises to notify the customer without doing ANYthing for weeks on end!

This is very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Account closed with no further justification

hi, help me please. I registered with the bookmaker Duelbits on July 23, 2023. I made a deposit in USDT and made several bets. When I had 409 dollars in my account, I ordered them for withdrawal. But the money did not arrive in my account. In the chat at first they said that they would be there soon. And then they closed the account altogether without explaining the reasons. When asked why, what I violated, they never answered informatively. They said that the decision was final, but I did not break any rules... I don’t understand. Please help

Casino don't let me withdraw my funds

Hello all, I was playing on that sportsbook for few days, everything was fine but one day I recieved email that I wont be able to take advantage of their promotion and my account is limited (weird strategy but still) - after that I decided to withdraw my funds. And here we go - please do KYC - no problem did it instantly and since there for 3 days now I didnt recieve anything besides copy paste formulas that they can do anything more. Giveaways are not fair

Duelbits "scammed" me on $1000 PREDICTION GIVEAWAY

1. on may 28th I posted my prediction "datetime="2023-05-28T17:25:58" 4 minutes and 2 second before the matches

2.Duelbits support is lying that I made prediction on may 29th (1 day after)

3. Someone from their side make a mistake and I SHOULD BE A WINNER they give other person consolidation prize for 2/3 picks (i have 3/3 right)

They do not payout and do not verify my account

I asked withdraw before 48 hours. At their company withdrawals are instant. waited 2 hours and nothing. Than I asked in chat, they said we need to verify you, they told me after I requested them, they didnt notice me. Anyway I did all things they asked , id and photo. And asked from them to review, they said we have a lot of work and dont have time to verify and as a reason my withdraw remains freezes. More than 48 hours passed and they dont pay my deposit. I havent used any bonus from them. And I have deposit more than I have withdraw.
