Troubles using the mobile casino

So I registered and deposited 25 to make use of the exclusive askgam 425% bonus only to me told I had to download their play platform to my phone. Fair enough, I did so. The platform refuses to launch continually saying I need an internet connection. So not only have I lost my 25 I've also wasted data. I would like my money returned and my account closed.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Our tech team has investigated and worked on the issue. You may try to uninstall the previously installed "The Game Library" application and reinstall it. You may reinstall it directly from the Google play\App Store. Then login to Casino Hermes again and the games should work fine. If you'd rather get a refund just contact our online support. They will cancel your bonus so you can make a withdrawal.

Refusing to comply with my request for self exclusion

I have requested to self exclude on 18 July as I have gambling problem. I have since spent over 1,000 euros but they will not help me and don't answer. I contacted live chat and they would only put a limit of 100 euros per week. I'm in real trouble, if they had closed it when I asked I wouldn't be in the much trouble. They still won't answer me, please help I feel ill lyndloo13
