so yesterday i depositted a total of 525 EUR. i though i would have a nice play on a for me new casino. 245 was credited nicely. but i am still missing 280 EUR. the payment has been made because it has been written of my bank account. it has been 24 hours and i tried to go on the live chat. where they told me that what i said just wasnt true. i got PROOF by the way that i made the payments. now i send a mail to the support team but they didnt respond yet. 280 EUR is a lot for me and i think that the support takes a little bit to long. i send a printscreen of my bank account with the mail so they can see for them selves. the reason i put this by complaint is just for the reason that my money has gone missing and i dont like the idea of not knowing where my money is. hopefully someone from netbet can read this and try to help me with my case.

Thanks for sending those over, our financial department has looked into the transactions and have confirmed that two of them (30€ and 50€) were already credited to your account and 3 of the transactions (two of 50€ and one of 100€) were declined by your bank and the funds were returned to your bank account.
Given the sensitive data, we'll email you the detail of those transactions by email so you can check your bank account and/or check this with your bank.
