Mr Green Casino - Delays after delays, withdrawal status still pending after 4 days

Mr. Green Case Number – 01078212 & 01080538
Transaction ID - 17263528 (old – had to cancel) – withdrawal amount £10,000
New Transaction ID – 17319426 – withdrawal amount £9,000

Attached : Email Communications with customer service, screenshots of account showing withdrawal, screenshots of bank statements showing payments to Mr. Green, have further proofs if you need it.

I trusted this site after reading some favorable reviews, watching their ad on TV however I am not having good experience so far with the withdrawal process.

I created my account in less than 5 minutes and was able to deposit in less than a minute £200. I deposited another £300 an hour later so £500 in total.

Deposits went through fine no questions asked. Luck favored me and I won good money around £10000.

I went to withdraw my money. This is where the problem started. I was asked for verification; I provided all the documents (Passport Copy, Council Tax Copy, Utility Bill, UK visa copy & Visa Card Copy)

Few hours later I got acknowledgement that the documents seems fine we have forwarded to payments team for processing. In the last 4 days, I have also provided them with my bank statement and screenshot of my paypal account.

Exactly after 2 days utilizing their complete time; I am asked to provide my paypal account details for verification apparently I used my paypal for depositing money.

My deposits were made my visa debit card and I can prove it with my bank statements. My withdrawal still sits in pending status after waiting for 4 days.

Now I am told that there were failed deposit attempts (this is after withdrawal request) ; hence they are requesting verification. So I provided them paypal and visa card details again.

I checked with paypal and my visa card bank already; payment requests never reached them. It was MrGreen who blocked deposits on my account for 24 hours (I was told by their CR)

Customer service is friendly however keeps giving the same answer. There is no way to contact the payments team to know why is there so much of delay.

I used to play on other casino earlier and used to get my withdrawals in 1-2 days max. This is unacceptable that the verification is taking so long.

I am really frustrated and worried now with the ever so prolonged and delayed verification process. I could get a bank loan with the kind of documentation I provided.

PS - Hoping to get my winnings so I can update my review to a positive one.

I have received my winnings in my account yesterday. After spending 2 hours on live chat, Alexander from live chat helped me out and went extra mile to speed up the withdrawal from the payments team. He contacted them several times to make sure I get the withdrawal processed soon. Thanks a lot Alexander and no more issues with Mr. Green. All perfect :)
