Mr Green Casino- Delaying to payout my winnings


Hi.
I am submitting this complaint as from what i can see Im not the only one who been in this situation where Mr Green Casino is delaying to pay out the winnings.

I ve been playing in this casino few times within the year and made few deposits however i never withdrawn anything.

Three days ago i deposited £60 and won £8000. I withdrawn £1000 into my paypal and the rest into my credit card that i used to deposit. Next day i phoned Mr Green Casino to ask how long is gonna take for them to process the withdrawal into my paypal and someone on the phone told me that is gonna take up to 48 hours and that payment team are aware of that.

I contacted Mr Green again yesterday evening(17May) on live chat to ask about withdrawal as it still was showing that is pending. They told me that i have to cancel my withdrawal of £1000 and re-request whole amount of £8000 into my credit card. I was surprised because when i phoned the casino the other day they told me everything was fine and that payment team will review it within 48 hours.. so i did what the lady on live chat told me and i re requested the whole amount into my credit card however i feel that they gonna find another reason now to delay my winnings.

I would only like them to pay out my money as it takes too long now because from what i was reading in other forums, people are waiting more then 20 days sometimes for their winnings to be cashed out.

I received an email today from MrGreen Casino that my documents have been passed to verification department for them to review it so I am just waiting for the reply from them. I hope is not gonna take another week for them to do it as it's been 11 days since I'm waiting for my winnings to be paid out...

Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.
