888 Casino - Delaying Payment and Missing Winnings

On the 12th of July I've asked to withdraw £50.000, they have sent me since £12,680 the limit per month by them is $30,000 per month, so I should recieve approximately another £10,000 this month and they keep saying 'please allow us another 24h' or 'I will escalate it'.

As well my current withdrawals show £35,000 so somehow it's missing £2,140 as I only have received and confirmed by them via phone and email a total of £12,860.

So I've missing money and delayed payments.

I've been contacted last night by 888 to assure me that today I will be paid out.

I can't reverse my withdrawals from today and I'm waiting confirmation today that I've peen paid out.
