I'm a new player at 888casino. I made a deposit of 1500USD on 16th of March 2016, also I want to say, that I refused a bonus propasal! I've won some money and had 3500USD at my account balance... the next day(17th of March) I requested a withdrawal of 3000USD and 888casino blocked my account the same day, and also they returned back my withdrawal to my account bankroll! They asked to send them a notarized copies of my ID card and credit card also... It's not a free procedure to make a notarized copies, but I made them and uploaded to my account(via safe-cashier interface) on friday(18th of March) and...nothing happened! My account is still blocked and 888 support didn't answer me.
Can you help me with this issue? I want to receive my winnings and to continue playing at 888casino!

888casino said, that they won't open my account! And also they said, that they won't give me my winnings or deposits! Here is their reply:

Dear ******,

This is the Operations Team at 888casino and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username "************".

With regards to your account, this has been reviewed and the decision to discontinue your membership still stands. This decision is final and has only been taken after careful consideration of all factors involved. The account will remain blocked and any money in your bank roll will not be refunded and no cashouts will be paid.

Please refrain from opening any further accounts with any site managed by Cassava Enterprises as these too will be blocked and no deposits returned.

In the attachment you can see a notarized copies, that I've sent to them... I don't really understand how they are still working! I mean 888casino. They are scammers!
