i have not recieved my withdrawal that was approved on 11/12/2014 for 690.00 its been one thing after another this is starting to get crazy.now there waiting on prepaid mastercard to be approved going on three weeks on that now.

Hi Shannon,

We've been trying to find a solution for you with this, as we've encountered some road blocks with your situaton.

You informed us you were unable to receive a bank wire or check, due to your bank account being closed. You applied for the prepaid debit card option, however, the third party provider on this declined issuing this to you (we have no control with this, whatsoever). Western Union and MoneyGram is not an option in your situation, as you are in a state where this is restricted.

i have sent an email to sophie im waiting on a response from her i have been talking to some one else there earlier today trying to use money gram to ok. pick it up there have not got response back yet just 70 miles from there. today i was locked out of my account . why was this im just trying to grt this finished thank you

Hi Shannon,

I spoke with Sophie this morning and she did receive your email. The only reason she did not contact you on this is that you’ve already been in touch with finance on this. The more people involved, the greater chance for information to be tangled. As finance has already explained to you, the payment has been made via MoneyGram to a location in Oklahoma, as we were unable to make this payment within your home state of Missouri.

Now as to why your account has been locked, this was a decision made by management. Because of the difficulty in issuing payment on your withdrawal, until you are able to either receive a bank check or wire, it is much too complicated for us to make payments. In the future, should you have a banking option in place, please contact our finance department who will verify this and re-open your account.
