I was under the impression that bitcoin accounts would be a little bit more speedy when attempting to cash out vs. the troublesome wire transfer method. I have been waiting for verification process to run it's due course but they didn't make it easy giving me wrong email accounts to send paperwork to. Hoping the form hasn't been lost since it would add another 10 days automatically to the process should I need to resubmit. The amount is minuscule it's only $250 mostly to see if The bit coin method was faster. My withdrawal request was submitted on the 14th of last month this year

Hi Wongster--
I'm not certain why you'd be under the impression that you would be eligible for any withdrawal. You have used FIFTEEN (15!) free chips in a row, and you have never even made ONE single real money deposit.
Our terms are incredibly clear: The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.
The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

As you can see, you simply do not qualify for any withdrawal at this time.

Hi Wongster--
I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this, as well as my slow reply--I had to take a few days away from the office. I'll be in later today and I'll check your account and report back.
