I requested a payout on 2/28 for 3000 dollars with visa fast funds. It was approved 3/5. Today is 4/13 and I haven't received the money nor has the money been credited to my Bovada account.
I've received numerous cookie cutter e-mails saying that my withdrawal is safe and on it's way and that other players are receiving their withdrawals.
I've called 3-4 times over the course of this month and gotten the same response. Only to find out that the customer service thought i was referring to a later withdrawal i had placed the last time i called.
After finding out they had made a mistake they gave me a 75 dollar bonus and told me my funds were on the way.
I would like to know where my money is and get this taken care of.

6 days later and my withdrawal still isn't approved.

Funds refunded to bovada account on the 18th. 40+ days after originally approved. Requested a payout via check on 4-18. Has not yet been approved. Will update.
