Since May, 2, I’m trying to receive my $200 winnings. I sent a pack of documents, which were successfully approved, and waited for the completion of my withdrawal. After 2 months of waiting, I was asked to resend documents once again on July, 4. There was no apparent reason to ask for documents.
I sent documents again and they were again approved successfully. However, up until today, I did not see any new developments towards the completion of my withdrawal. While my payments were approved I still didn’t receive any funds.
I do not understand what exactly is happening at the casino. I waited patiently and did not want to complain. Nevertheless, after too much time of fruitless waiting, I’m forced to ask the management of Askgamblers to deal with the problem.
