I am submitting a complaint about Slots of Vegas. Back in February I submitted a payment request, and I frequently contacted them via live chat to get an update on the approved withdrawal. In late May, they finally told me there was an issue with my documentation, asked me to send in some more information, and promised payment within 10-15 business days via Bitcoin. As of this date, the casino has still not paid me. I continue to ask for help via live chat about once a week, and continue to get the same canned line about how I just need to continue to wait. I have been more than patient with this casino, and have had nothing but terrible experiences and have still not been paid as promised.
