Dear Ask Gamblers,
I’m writing in hopes that you can help me collect my casino winnings from prism Casino totaling $1300.00. I’ve contacted them via their online chat, but I’m continually told to have a bit more patience and my money will arrive soon. Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting over a few months. Below is the list of each respective withdrawal, the dates of withdrawal and the money owed. If you can help I would greatly appreciate the support. Also, if there anything I can do to expedite this on my end, I would be happy to help.

I've checked on this and I see the payment was already issued to you, back in April: 04/26 Paid $1335 + $20 for transaction #96739412. Further this was confirmed by our processor, May 4th as a completed transaction.
