Hi,
I'm submitting a complaint for a delayed payment for Prism Casino. I requested a withdraw for $704 on 4/11, it was later approved on 4/26 for $536 having my bonus removed. The payment was requested as a Bitcoin payment with all my info and bitcoin address sent in 4/10. The payment should have been sent out around 5/24 if I gave it 20 business days after it was approved. I would like to know whats going on.

Hi Aaron--
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to pay a max of one payment per day, per player--based upon processing limits with Bitcoin. Essentially what this means is that our Bitcoin processor has limitations of how much can be issued each day and we've been reaching these limits, daily. Cutting to the chase, while I'd like to be able to tell you that each day you'll receive a payment, I don't want to mislead you in any way.
I'm watching your accounts and we are attempting to get payments through--as you're already aware, we were able to get the Palace of Chance issue resolved, earlier today.
We'll try tomorrow on this (or your other accounts) to get a payment through. I'll continue to update this and your other issues until all withdrawals have been accounted for.
