Bovada Casino - Delayed payment, half of 16k winnings

I requested a bank wire cashout 9/25. I received half of the funds on 10/2. The other portion was processed on 10/8, and I have still not received them.

I have submitted to Bovada a bank statement statement to prove this, as I am very much so hoping it will be resolved soon so I can continue to feel good about using their website/service!

So far, they have been prompt to respond, but haven't been able to do anything to help as it was somewhat within their time frame of "5-10 business days" until now.

I'm keeping faith that they can resolve this issue for me soon :)

I was contacted today by a Bovada customer service rep named Sean, who explained the situation to me that there was an error or the batch of withdrawals that I was part of. Today he was able to go ahead and re-process the cash out, and said I should expect my money within 10 days.

I am very happy about the customer service I am now receiving and as of right now I consider this situation to be resolved, as they sent me an email today confirming a new withdrawal.
