Bovada Casino - Delayed Payment from March 10th still active

I requested a withdrawal on March 10th and I am still waiting to receive payment today. What doesn't make sense is after two months they put the money back into my bovada account and tell me everything is solved and that I only need to request a new payout. Well I did so and I still wait today with no idea when it will ever come. In fact I received an email today saying there is another delay. My problem is why did they wait 2 months to put the money back into my account. It's all pretty sketchy and I won't be using their services anymore. I have been waiting three months and still counting.
