I try to open my account on the 31st of May 2017 but was told after depositing £75 but I could not use the site as I was self excluded from a sister site name li slots magic so I decided not to pursue with this casino I Self excluded from slots magic because I I had a technical issue with them which wasn't resolved Ojo said no problem we will refund your deposit we have pinned an email to our accounts department and your initial deposit will be refunded immediately that was 4 days ago I haven't been able to use 1p on any spin at this casino and yet it does not refund the money that I've deposited I find it incredulous that a straightforward payment can't be made in this day and age, and after repeated requests both by phone and by email I still haven't been refunded shambles stay away I have never known a casino like it
