Frozen account with funds
I joined Crystal slots 2 week ago . I won £4000 which took ages to be able to withdrawn . I finally received the withdraw and place £1000 back on to try my luck . Crystal slots froze my account as soon as I deposited. I received an email asking around my affordability and asking me to send 1 payslip and 3 bank statements. I did this on Monday 23rd January. Their email stated they needed to verify my account ( I have many emails stating my account is verified) and this would take two days. I have received no emails in return and my account remain frozen with a £1000 stuck in my account . I am not able to play or withdraw my funds. I have emailed several times around sending my information and do not get a response .
