Delayed withdrawal for no reason

Hi I made a withdrawal on the 30/06/2020 I have sent all my verification over and signed up to gamstop for 6 months.
Crystal slots are telling me my withdrawal can not be processed due to my bank rejecting the withdrawal deposit, this is not true and I have checked with my bank 2 times and they have said they do not block money coming to my account under any circumstances. I have sent multiple follow up emails asking what are my other alternatives etc.. But still no response for 5 days. It clearly states they will reply within in 2 business days but I've been waiting since the 03/07/2020 and have no had a response, I sent another email on the 06/02/2020 and still no reply about withdrawal.
