The casino does not payout the amount of around 1000euro (in BTC).
Every time I contact them they tell me that my withdrawal is approved but they have some technical issue with this withdrawal method (only crypto withdrawals are available there). I made withdraw on 22.07.2023 since then nothing happen.
My withdrawal is pending since then. Another thing is that my crypto wallet change address every 24h and I inform them about it because if they sent money now it will be lost. I email them and send a new address but I did not get any answer. Only support said that this is not a problem and that the team will take care of this.
I did not receive my withdrawal I can't cancel it as well. Support don't keep teling me that my withdrawal was approved that's why I can't cancel it but I did not receive it and on the web site it is pending
