I played on this casino and made several withdrawals on 8th February totalling just over $2000. As of yet, the status of the withdrawal is showing as 'pending'. The site informed me that withdrawals should take 24 hours. After this period elapsed, I contacted the support team on the 9th and asked for an update, and was told my withdrawal was 'in progress '.
After no progress, I contacted them again today for a further update, being notified I could expect to wait up to 5 days for my withdrawal to be paid. Each time I reach out it appears the timescales change.
From the live chat it appears multiple players are experiencing severe delays in withdrawal requests which are taking an unacceptable amount of time.
