Withdrawal and verification no response pending since April 14th
It's been 5 days since I withdrew my money.
I contacted the relevant team who asked for my documents, all of which were sent correctly and quickly, after I hadn't received a completed verification response, let alone my money.
I understand that it's a company and it needs time but I'm a new player in crypto games and I'm scared of not receiving my money worth 1024 dollars
