Following the player's confirmation that he accepted the offer, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as Resolved.
However, this is not the outcome we expected.
Despite all the efforts made by the AskGamblers Complaint Team throughout this process, the Casino failed to provide reasonable justification for their actions and denied the refund of all deposits made by the player after their self-exclusion request. For this reason, we initially closed the case as Unresolved.
That being said, the offer made between the player and the casino management has been accepted by the player, leaving our hands tied.
Based on the above, the AskGamblers Complaint Team now considers this case Resolved, and it is officially closed.
We would like to remind the submitter that further assistance on the matter can be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or the appointed ADR entity.
