We want to inform you that we have given this customer multiple opportunities to complete the KYC verification, but each time we encountered rule violations. Initially, when we requested a document, the customer provided us with fake documents printed on paper. The explanation given was that the original documents were accidentally washed in the washing machine.
We then allowed the customer another chance to submit different documents, as requested, such as a passport. However, the customer claimed he was on a business trip and would submit the document once he returned. It seems unusual for someone to be on a business trip without a passport.
After 1-2 weeks, the customer submitted another set of documents, which turned out to be fake as well. The documents appeared to be printed on paper and lacked the security features found on a real passport. Additionally, we found that the customer was using a VPN without prior authorization.
