My 1000 usdt withdraw is pending 9 days now and whenever I contact them they say that I have to be patient.
Today they don't even answer.
I received a mail 9 days ago from their finance department saying that i have to KYC i sent whatever they asked but still 9 days nothing.
I sent email to their finance team and no answer.

We reviewed this case again and made a decision that the user will get back 657 dollars, he had a total of 1000 dollars requested for withdrawal, of which he received 343 dollars and the remaining 657 will also be received from us.
We also contacted the user to confirm his wallet address.
