The bookmaker did not withdraw my money and does not respond to my requests

I made a deposit on January 13th, played for over a week with this bookmaker and decided to withdraw part of my balance on January 21st.
The bookmaker said that they would withdraw my winnings within 48 hours, but this did not happen.
At the moment, more than 5 days have passed and the bookmaker has not given me an exact answer and deadline regarding my withdrawal of funds

The bookmaker came up with a non-existent reason for blocking me and not paying out my winnings.
I received a link from him to a third-party resource - where I was verified.
Why are my documents distributed to different resources, and not just the bookmaker?
I made a final deposit of 535 euros, the bookmaker refuses to return the final balance of 1140 euros.
I repeat that I am a living person and a player and I am ready to undergo any checks and verifications from the bookmaker - and not from third-party resources!
I am attaching screenshots of our communication and the fact of fraud below for your viewing.

After 2 weeks of waiting.
Yesterday I received a response from the casino.
They report that I broke something, some rule - BUT WHAT RULE THEY DON'T SAY.
They are only going to return my deposits.
Please note that I was verified on a third-party resource - where I uploaded all the required documents.
If the bookmaker doesn’t like something, then I’m ready for any checks, including a personal meeting or a video call on Skype.
The bookmaker did not respond to my proposal regarding additional verification; it can be assumed that the bookmaker simply wants to steal my money.
I am a real player and ready to cooperate

Completed withdrawal never arrived to my Jeton wallet

Hello,

On 23.12.2024 I made a withdrawal request of about 500 Euro to my Jeton wallet.

Some hours later I got a confirmation email, that my withdrawal of about 500 Euro was successfully completed to my Jeton wallet.

A successful withdrawal to the Jeton wallet reach my account instantly. The funds have never arrived in my Jeton account.

I have contacted the casino and they told me, that they have to investigate this issue. I don't know, why they can't solve this problem.

When they would really send the money to my Jeton wallet, they could tell me the transaction reference number from Jeton, so I don’t know, why this problem is still not solved.

No withdrawals for 4 days

On June 28 at 21:00 I registered on the website https://cryptobetsports.com, and deposited 200 usdt - 17,456.86 rub. After some time, I won 144,171 rubles and decided to bet 18,000 rubles for withdrawal, leaving the rest of the funds on my balance.

A day passed, and the application switched to “Pending” status, but no funds were withdrawn. I wrote to support but received no response. Then I put the remaining part for withdrawal and they are not withdrawn either.

As a result, I have two withdrawal requests pending - one is in the “Pending” status, the other has not yet been reviewed, 4 days have already passed.

I tried to contact the support service on the website, but it is always unavailable, I also wrote by email, and there was no response.

The deposit has not been credited to the account since November 27th

The casino has not credited my deposit since November 27 in the amount of 54,000 RUB. The deposit was made via bank card. I provided all the documents that they requested from me.

On December 8, they wrote to me that the financial department would respond within 24 hours.

Then on December 14th they wrote that if they do not respond within 24 hours, they will credit my deposit. This of course did not happen.

On December 15th they replied your deposit will be credited soon. I asked how soon? They replied that they could not know, but soon.

There is still no money in my account. The casino has been misleading several times already. Please help me solve the problem.
