Hello I am very dissatisfied. Today I received an email from them saying that they are closing their site and asking me to contact them to recover the funds. And their email address is deactivated impossible to contact them by any means. It's a scam.

From one day to the next, the site was closed without receiving any mail. The site seemed reliable, but I've been playing on it for a few months now and have never had any problems. What can I do?

Hello, the exact amount is 1203 euros. To date, there has been no reply, no active e-mail and no news from them on any of the networks. I think they're going to reopen a site under another name if they haven't already.

Completed withdrawal never arrived to my Jeton wallet

Hello,

On 23.12.2024 I made a withdrawal request of about 500 Euro to my Jeton wallet.

Some hours later I got a confirmation email, that my withdrawal of about 500 Euro was successfully completed to my Jeton wallet.

A successful withdrawal to the Jeton wallet reach my account instantly. The funds have never arrived in my Jeton account.

I have contacted the casino and they told me, that they have to investigate this issue. I don't know, why they can't solve this problem.

When they would really send the money to my Jeton wallet, they could tell me the transaction reference number from Jeton, so I don’t know, why this problem is still not solved.

I hope you can help me.

No withdrawals for 4 days

On June 28 at 21:00 I registered on the website https://cryptobetsports.com, and deposited 200 usdt - 17,456.86 rub. After some time, I won 144,171 rubles and decided to bet 18,000 rubles for withdrawal, leaving the rest of the funds on my balance.

A day passed, and the application switched to “Pending” status, but no funds were withdrawn. I wrote to support but received no response. Then I put the remaining part for withdrawal and they are not withdrawn either.

As a result, I have two withdrawal requests pending - one is in the “Pending” status, the other has not yet been reviewed, 4 days have already passed.

The bookmaker did not withdraw my money and does not respond to my requests

I made a deposit on January 13th, played for over a week with this bookmaker and decided to withdraw part of my balance on January 21st.

The casino has not credited my deposit since November 27 in the amount of 54,000 RUB. The deposit was made via bank card. I provided all the documents that they requested from me.
