Payout request getting rejected with no valid reason
Hi, I need help with an issue I’m facing with this casino. I deposited using my Skrill card, and they paid me €2000 to my Luxon IBAN. However, they later started rejecting my withdrawal requests, saying they can’t send the funds to my Luxon account, and asked me to try a different method.
I then tried withdrawing to my Skrill, but that was also rejected. They said I need to make a deposit using Skrill, even though that’s exactly what I did in the first place.
I’m really confused because they had no problem paying me to my Luxon account initially, but then a day later claimed they can’t do that anymore. Then they suggested using another method, only to reject that as well, despite the fact that I originally deposited with my Skrill account.
I’m not getting proper support from them and would appreciate your help in getting this resolved. I have €1300 left on my account.
