I've had the worst experience with Coolzino Casino..
I've had delayed withdrawal since 5th April.
I kept chatting with their support, they said they can't do anything and I should wait for more time....and on 17th April they sent me an email saying that I need to provide proof of income....I told them I use my winnings from their casino and other casinos (I provided them with many proofs ), but my withdrawal is still pending...
I feel like they don't want to pay me my money, and I got scammed
