ComeOn Casino - Problem processing withdrawals
I made several withdrawals since 19th Nov 2018. I have not received payment and when I spoke to them on Live Chat, the operator told me that two of the three withdrawals were cancelled. Now, during the course of 2 days, I did cancel some withdrawals, continued playing and won more. Eventually I tried withdrawing the entire sum (over $3,000) but they made me break it up into smaller withdrawals, which was no problem. I did receive some funds in my local currency, but it amounted only to a little over $700USD, which does not make sense. I have tried emailing them, giving them the information directly from my Betting History, including the Withdrawal numbers, but have not gotten a reply. Now, I have no problems with their gaming, it's fair and winnings are good, but their feedback is lacking and I'm worried I wont receive all my funds. Before I picked up on the problem, I continued playing and made more withdrawals. To date, I haven't received any of those withdrawals either and no one has replied to my emails.
