ComeOn Casino - Intentionally delaying information request
Hello there. I've been trying to get ComeOn to send me a complete transaction history of my account since the day it was registered. It has now gone more than 4 weeks, and they are stalling this matter over and over again through emails stating that the process will take up to 30 days. I've been on the chat 4 times between the 14th of january and till now, still nothing. I've sent them 3 complaints stating that they need to send me this information, and every time they respond with a typical automatic message stating it "might take up to 30 days". Even at one time their customer support managed to send me a transaction history of the last few months, but I immediately told him I have been requesting a complete history from the day my account was made. This seems to be a very hard task for them, not sure why it's that hard to comprehend my request. Well, as of today it has gone 30 days, and I have still not received this information which I've requested. As I've stated to the casino many times; this is information that I need asap to provide and comply with requests on the behalf of the financial department in my country.
I'm sick and tired of casinos who think they can just mess around with their customers and delay, stall and let them wait in a mudhole forever. I come to you, Askgamblers, in the hopes of some help to get this information swiftly. It is after all my full right as a customer at their casino to receive this info.
