ComeOn Casino - Does not provide the same payment method

Hello,

I have very strange experience with these guys. I deposited via Neteller and now I want to withdraw. I have around 700 euros there. However the only available methods for withdrawal are MUCHBETTER AND TRUSTLY.

I`d like to withdraw via the same payment method so I decided to contact their support team. Unfortunately all the bad reviews for their support is true. Very slow and unadequate!

First I was on live chat, they told me they can`t do anything and advised to me write an e-mail. I wrote an e-mail and two days there was no answer. I sent another email-...and the answered me...to withraw via Neteller.

Imagine...like they dont understand what I `ve already explained to them. I sent another e-mails. They replied me that they are sorry....this is technical issue and now it`s fixed so now I have to request it. But I logged into my account and its the same- they didnt fix anything. I sent another email and they replied me to clear the cookies. But I cleared the cookies and it`s one and the same thing. And it`s already a week.

Guys, I dont know, do they have coordination in their support or this is just a method for slowing down the payment. Please, help me

I would like to confirm that I am happy that the problem was resolved and I received the payment.However I am not happy that it was resolved only after I submitted complaint and customer support was clueless about what the problem was for a week.Also after finally being told that I need to make small deposit with neteller in order to withdraw without additional wagering requirements, my payment was cancelled and the reason was that I DO need to wager my deposit, so I had to deal with customer support again.In the end I do reccomend ComeOn casino and I like their site, however having to deal with their support is quite a challenge!

Kindly note that recently we had to do some update/changed with the method Neteller. Due to this, we can offer you the following 2 options in order to sort this:

-You can either deposit a small amount with Neteller (no wagering) and request a withdrawal to this method
-You can request a manual withdrawal for the funds to Neteller (in this case we would need a screenshot of your Neteller account)

ComeOn Casino - Closed my account 28th January

Hi,

Im writing this complaint here in hopes of me getting response quicker. On Jan 28th my account with comeon suddenly got closed, when I was playing on the account the very same day. I read in their T&C and found this:

The customer support team will provide support related to the Site. Complaints are handled by the Company in accordance with the contact information found on the Site. The following e-mail address can be used; [email protected]. All inquiries and complaints must be directed to the customer support team in writing or in electronic format. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the player's identity and gives all relevant details giving rise to the complaint. In the first instance, a Senior Customer Support staff member will thoroughly investigate the matter together with the appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors, as necessary, and will advise the customer of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the official complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, the dispute can be escalated to the Head of Customer Support who will give a final response to the dispute within 7 business days.

This is taken directly from their own Terms, and its now been 11 business days since I submitted the complaint, and I have only gotten answers its getting delayed for some reason, but its clearly stated in terms thats I will have a clear answer within 7 business days of me submitting the complaint.

I hope by showing AskGamblers this, but also other people, I will make everyone aware of their behaviour.

In the evidence submitted together with my complaint here you can clearly see emails where I state to them multiple times that they breach their own t&c, but clearly don't care about it. Also making the file public so people can see for themselves that they simply don't care about breaching their own T&C
