I am writing to you regarding a withdrawal i have requested from cloudbet.com.
On their website they clearly indicate that withdrawals are processed maximum within 24hours during weekdays.
My withdrawal was requested on October 16, 2018 at 8.37pm local time (Cyprus). Its now October 18 9.10am and still nothing has changed. I have contacted them like 7-8 times through live chat and email and all i get from them are generic answers. They are unable to tell me when this transaction will be processed. They have actually stopped replying to my emails.
I am attaching a photo as proof of evidence.
Please help me get my funds.
