Withdrawal Delay or Unjustified Account Review

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delay in processing my recent withdrawal request. After playing casino games on your platform, I have successfully withdrawn funds in the past without any issues, all within a reasonable time frame of 24 hours.
However, I currently have a pending withdrawal of $19,001 USDT that has been delayed for over 3 days. This delay is causing me significant concern, especially since my account has already gone through the necessary verification processes.
What’s more troubling is that it has now been 2 days since I initially reached out to your support team, by sending an email directly to inquire about the status of my withdrawal. To date, I have received no response or acknowledgement of my concern.
3 days ago, I received an email stating the following:

As soon as the game provider has verified your win, we'll let you know so you can withdraw at your convenience.”
I have carefully reviewed the terms and conditions. There is no mention of this type of review process or delay in payouts. According to your own terms, all casino bets are final, and Cloudbet is solely responsible for payouts. This delay, coupled with the lack of transparency, is unacceptable and seems like an excuse to withhold or delay my funds, which is particularly concerning given the number of similar complaints online.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
I have enjoyed using Cloudbet's services in the past, but this experience is making me question the integrity and reliability of your platform.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
