On 22 november i tried to withdraw my Ethereum from Cloudbet, it got cancelled on the 23th and i received an e-mail with steps i needed to take to verify my account (send my official ID, proof of adres and some more details). I did this immediatly and delivered everything on the 23th of november. I've gotten numerous contactmoments with customer service (which is great by the way) and finally got all the needed documents in order.
But untill today 1 month+ later i still have not heard anything. And when i contact customer service they cannot tell me anything. Also they have frozen my account which i read online is the normal for them. I don't think verification should take over 1 month its a matter of days. I contacted customer service several times and they are giving me the same answer that i should wait but without an estimate of how long it will take etc. I would like to have an explanation why this is taking so long.
