Payment of 2.76 BTC stuck for days
About a week ago, I noticed I couldn't withdraw my coins from CloudBet, as I would simply not receive the confirmation mails. Looking at my mail server logs, it's not that my server is bouncing them - there's just no connection whatsoever coming in. Also, other mails - even from support@cloudbet, arrive just fine. I have no idea what's causing this problem, but I'm pretty sure it's somewhere at their end.
Either way, I contacted support via their live zendesk chat, described the problem, and was told it was being looked into.
2 days later, I asked about the status of my issue; it was still being looked into. I suggested they could change my email address, or just send a manual withdrawal.
The next day, I asked about the status, same reaction. They would get back to me about it.

The next day, I asked about the status, same reaction. They would get back to me about it. (yes, those duplicate lines aren't a mistake)
Being fed up, I have since
- given them my Telegram address, hoping they would contact me about the issue, in case some tech talk about the mail problem is needed. Nobody contacted me.
- enabled the 2FA, where you have to enter a 'safe withdrawal address'. Then I suggested them to simply withdraw my money there, so no email was needed. Request would be sent to payment team. Nothing happened.
- contacted 'Ronnie', the CloudBet contact on bitcointalk, but no reaction yet. (I don't blame him; this is helpdesk's task)
The live chat people are, by the way, always very friendly. I get the feeling there's somehow a disconnect between them, and the actual backend team(s) - whether that team is overloaded with work, or just incompetent, I have no idea. Either way, the chat logs with the live chat people, and the resulting ticket(s), seem to end up somewhere collecting dust in the backend department..
I'm can't sleep anymore, I just want my 2.76 BTC, transferred to my 2FA safe address. I have given them a deadline for this transfer earlier today, and it has passed now. So now I'm here, hoping askgamblers can help me out. I'm at a loss..
Kind regards,
Bastiaan
