I’ve never had any issues with Cloudbet but recently as of yesterday issues started to arise and everyone including the support staff have been lying to me.

I proceeded to withdraw BTC after winning a few bets. I’ve tried to withdraw and it says Pending Email Comfirmation which means to check my email to confirm my withdrawal, problem is I’ve been betting here for 2 years and I’ve gotten the same message a few times and usually I cancel it try again and it works. This time I have no choice but to check my email and click the link. Problem is, they never sent me out those emails, I receive every single other email from cloudbet, except that one in the 2 years I’ve been playing there.

So I message the support to process my withdrawal and I get the same recycled message saying they will look into it but I never get a reply back. I’ve also spoken to Andy from VIP who has been helping to me but currently I’m fed up of being treated like crap here.

I dump 5-10K a month in this site and they hold my money like this. I also requested in the live chat an example of the email sent out or to Andy to send me something to prove the email was indeed sent out but nothing they make excuses.

I strongly believe that they are doing this purposely cause they know people are degenerates and won’t wait until the withdrawals are done manually they will just cancel it and hope you lose everything.

Once they pay me I will be gone from here and put my money elsewhere.

I've just checked with our teams and the last withdrawal requests on your account were both processed on the 17th March, and there doesn't appear to have been any requests made since.
