It´s been two weeks after I sent my documents to verify my account and nothing is happening

I don´t agree with your resolution. You stole me 1.5BTC of winnings. As you mention in your answer, You consider that I didn´t close my account before opening another one and that all my bets with this new account would not have been accepted under the terms of the exclusion. And you returned me my original deposit and all bets, winning and losing were cancelled.

That´s the situation and You have two options:
ONE, you give me my 1.5BTC or winnings from < email removed >
TWO, you give me ALL the original deposits from all the previous accounts I used. I NEVER had two accounts actives at the same time. I closed the current account BEFORE opening another one. In all the cases that I lost you NEVER say anything about "multi-account detection system" and you take my money without problem.
I will continue with a criminal lawsuit against Cloudbet and a communitation campaign in all the places available if you don´t give me one of the two possible solutions.
