After playing sports and casino games I had several successful withdrawals without issues, all within a day.
Now I have $6k USDT withdrawal pending for 3 days.
First it was that I needed tk go through additional account verifications, which I’ve done and have been completed,
Then I get an email stating:

I checked their terms and conditions, (which the agent ignored my request for a copy, so I found them myself) and there is no mention of this eventuality or process. In fact, all casino bets are final, and cloudbet are solely responsible for payouts. The story seems to have contradictory elements, and just sounds like an excuse to delay or withhold processing my withdrawal. Something that seems to be a frequent occurrence looking at the online cloudbet complaints.
Does anyone have any experience with the porting them or any casino to the Curacao gaming commission (their regulatory body)?
So disappointing when they’ve otherwise been good, and it’s not a lot of money, but enough to be fed uk and concerned with the inconsistencies and lack of any explanation as to what warrants this “review of the gameplay and payout”….
