Following a round of blackjack, my balance got changed to zero.
The hand had a 5 mBTC bet with 1 mBTC bet on each of the two side bets. My balance before the hand was 17 mBTC. The hand finished and the dealer and I pushed. My balance then reflected 0. I exited from the live casino back to the main lobby where my balance now showed to be 10 mBTC. So I did not get the 5 mBTC returned for the push. I immediately contacted support and have been waiting for a resolution. They continue to tell me that they will contact me once it is resolved. That was 31 days ago. The hand in question is circled from my game log attached.

35 days and I still know nothing except they are "investigating" what happened and will contact me as soon as it is resolved. It doesn't seem like 35+ days is a reasonable time frame to for reviewing information on their servers to come to a resolution. I get there is going to be communication with a 3rd party. If carrier pigeon were the standard for communication still, it would be more understandable although I think it still would not take quite this long.
