Cloudbet Casino - Does not process KYC and payment after close to 20 days

Cloudbet does KYC since July 10th - atm more than 18 days. On my account I played two different slots and made some bets - deposited 0.4935 btc, balance now is 1,01 btc - at withdrawal attempt I got rejected 2 times and was requested to perform KYC - after sending all documents they are not answering anymore and not specifying how much longer to wait for verification... since its not a small amount I'm kind of worried that cloudbet is aiming to not pay my winnings.

I have not received an E-Mail from cloudbet, tried to withdraw the rest that is left in my account after I made some frustration bets...
