Blocked account and missing 360 eth withdraw

Today, I’d like to share a recent unfortunate experience with the online crypto-powered casino cloudbet.com.
I joined Cloudbet back in 2020, and I’ve been an active user ever since I joined their platform. In the past, I have both won and lost money at the casino. All my deposits to the platform can be seen here (https://etherscan.io/address/0x75c20504cde7fdd42069365f6b0a7df27cc629e0). Whenever I won money, they would process my withdrawal in a short time period. Of course, there has been the occasional delay, but they’ve always sent the winnings to my ERC-20 wallet.
About 1-2 months ago, I started playing two slot games on their platform, provided by the developer PlayNGo. I felt like the luckiest person after winning a huge amount of money in two weeks of spinning their slot game (over 360 ETH), I also made some videos of my winnings and took a few screenshots of my pendings withdraw balance. and at one point I felt like I needed a break and decided to submit a withdrawal of my winnings.
This time, something else happened. After not receiving my withdrawal within 24 hours, I contacted their support team. Their support team stated I would be contacted by email by their team. A couple of hours later, I found my account to be blocked. The password was changed by Cloudbet and there was no option to access the account anymore.
I received an email with the notification an investigation is ongoing by the team. The team requested a scan of my ID, a selfie with today’s date and Cloudbet and some other information. I submitted this information and this is when things went darker. A month later, the team has still not processed my KYC. I’ve followed up with them on a daily basis, the only replies I receive from the team are standard ‘Be patience, the investigation is ongoing’ email. When I asked why my account was blocked and the password was changed, the team replied: ‘’This is a standard procedure as part of our ongoing investigation’’. Cloudbet has not provided any reasons for this investigation, they are not willing to provide more information and they are not willing to provide any details on how long this ‘investigation’ may take.
All replies to my email are copy+paste FAQ emails. After doing some research, I found various other people are in a similar situation, where there accounts have suddenly been blocked after winning a larger sum of money - some of which their accounts have been blocked for months now, with no progress at all. That said, I’m preparing legal action with a lawyer and decided to share my experience with this platform publicly.
