Account verification taking too long
Im really to glad to have been able to find this platform, hopefully, this will help speed up getting resolution from cloudbet who has been unresponsive for several days now. On aug 3, following a good streak of wins taking my balance at more or less 0.3 btc, Im suddenly not able to log in to my acct so I reached out to cloudbet right away. They responded pretty quickly that day saying that they are conducting acct verification for safety purposes. I got back to them and sent the requested documents immediately - gov't id, a selfie of me holding the id and a proof of billing. Sadly, I never received an email response from them since then, as in zero, not even a generic reply acknowleding the receipt of my documents. I have sent several follow ups but all seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. I work in customer service so I dont undestand why they cant just tell end-users whats happening and the timeline that goes with it. So I did some digging online and found cloudbet discord, there I met Lexy, i think shes tied to cloudbet and if so, shes their only bright spot so far. She has been very responsive and sincerely empathetic to my situation, just a joy to converse with. However, as much as she wanted to get me going, shes also not able to get decent info from her team other than the verification is still ongoing and that I might have to wait 6 weeks. This doesnt suit well for me as I badly need my funds in there, thats why I decided to do more exploring and came across your good website. I hope you can help straighten out this situation. Thank you!
P.s. Cloudbet needs to revamp their current acct verification process, instead of locking accts abruptly, they should proactively send an email notif to customers as a heads up. And not wait for customers to reach out before they send one. Also, be responsive to emails, dont leave customers hanging while youre doing something in the backend, give an honest timeline. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.
