Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Cloudbet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Following a detailed internal investigation, we've reviewed multiple factors of account activity, including identity verification data, device usage, IP address logs, acquisition patterns, loyalty metrics, and behavioural activity. & market interactions.
The evidence shows that a single individual has operated two separate accounts from the same household environment, utilising the same device and IP address. Furthermore, the investigation identified the use of identity documentation belonging to family members in order to bypass KYC controls, as well as to circumvent applicable liability limits.
This behaviour constitutes confirmed multi-accounting, KYC identity fraud, and coordinated stake-splitting. These activities fall within reportable thresholds under standard AML and fraud prevention frameworks, and are treated with the utmost seriousness in line with our compliance obligations.
As outlined in the T&C's agreed to by the account holders at the time of registration:
7.1.10.3 clearly states that only one account per customer, IP address, household, and phone number verification is permitted. Any attempt to open or operate multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being blocked, suspended, or closed, and any cryptocurrency balances being frozen.
10.14 further stipulates that where a customer is found to have placed bets across multiple irregularly opened accounts, or acted in collusion with others to back identical selections (regardless of timing, pricing, or bet structure), all such bets may be declared void at Cloudbet’s sole discretion. Additionally, Cloudbet reserves the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
In accordance with the above findings and applicable terms, the following actions have been implemented:

As the original account, this profile will remain open. The customer is permitted to continue using this account, subject to ongoing compliance with our Terms of Service and regulatory requirements.
We believe that these actions are proportionate, consistent with our internal policies, and aligned with industry standards for handling such breaches. Our approach ensures both enforcement of our Terms and a fair outcome based on the circumstances identified.

This account has been identified as part of the multi-accounting activity. Any winnings derived from this account will be deducted in line with our Terms of Service. The customer will be permitted to withdraw the remaining balance, after which the account will be permanently closed.
