Hello dear AskGamblers community,
On January 25th, I deposited 5.0BTC on CloudBet.com to bet on a Tennis game. The bet loss and I lost 3.0BTC. (Including some roulette). After realizing the loss I went to cashout and neede to play my whole 5BTC (Which is which I included some roulette). Now there is 2.0BTC left in the account and I tried to cash them out and it show pending. The only reason why I registered on their website is because their home page state Instant Withdrawal!
I started the withdrawal 24 hours ago and still nothing came in. To make sure I do not spend it, I self-disabled my account.
Please cloudbet, how can I have faith in you in the future if you doesn't respect what's being said on your home page.....
I really need my 2BTC back.....

Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly.
