Hi, Cloudbet asked for my documents to verify my account. I sent all the documents to them( government ID, selfie , address proof ). I received an email a day later saying I needed to resubmit some documents, so I did again send them new selfie, ID, address proof. It has been 10 days since my last submission. I haven't heard anything back from Cloudbet. When I tried to contact them via live chat, they telling me that my documents were handed over to the appropriate department and will verify me shortly. Its not fair at all I'm very tired waiting day by day.Dear Askgamblers, please help me to deal with them I would like my account is open and I can play again.
