Bovada Casino - Closed my account, provided zero explanations and help

They pretty much closed my account out of nowhere and when I called them they said all they need is a verification and it will be open it and that they are also doing this to all players which I later found out was a lie. So I did what they asked about 3 times now and it's been a week and still hasn't opend so I call them and they tell me that the guy that referenced me about the game had issues with them and in order for my account to be opened up is for them to resolve the issue with him first. And he pretty much told me we keep your money untill he resolves it and if he doesn't you don't get your money. Idk how this site is number 1 because that's a major issue. And I will never trust this website for stealing my money.

This issue is related to same household duplicate account and chargeback issues. We urge you to contact the other player who also shares the same home address with you to resolve their issues so that your account can be restored to good standing.
