I won 2581.66 CAD, I messaged the online chat and asked if they
disabled my account would my withdrawal still process. The answer to that question was. Yes, your account is now disabled and your withdrawals are processing. Luckily I took screenshots as now They won't pay me the full sum they sent me an etransfer of $905. As apparently this is what I Deposited into the casino and the rest is forfeited. Meaning they are giving me a refund. But that makes no sense, as I'm sure if I had lost and said I'd like to close my account they wouldn't give me a refund for gambling addiction......
